The Anti - Racism Community of Practice (CoP) for Health Equity has played a role in fostering collaboration, shared learning, and dialogue among health and care staff and practitioners in Greenwich. Evaluation findings indicate the CoP has successfully provided a dedicated space for reflecting on anti - racist practice, developing knowledge, building confidence, and, in some cases, applying new approaches. However, there is an appetite for a more structured approach to translating learning into actionable change. Using the evaluation framework, we summarise the key findings and outline recommendations for strengthening and sustaining the CoP.
